So far no SP have been assigned. Saving them up to spend em in a long run. Dunno if that keeps up his speed though. Hoping it is.

I know it's a bit late but this post only just crossed my eyes.

I was training him as much as I can for 3 - 4 days. When ever a training mode came available again I trained him.
I had 2 injuries, both 2 day injuries.

How do you pick just a few players for pt? Training intensity gives me only 2 options, first squad & substitutions and reserves.

Click on the training bars individually, set those you want to rest to 1 bar and the ones you want to power train to 3 bars

WATCH OUT! Skill point is removed during transfer from ME to YOU. I sell player to you, unused SP are stripped away from him. Green tokens are cheaper than coach...true story

Unless your player is a very fast trainer and is a high level player then no it is not worth it.
