I had two players I wanted to renew their contract and I have always thought that the players will leave (Just as it says on the message) once the new season starts, so I technically wasted a year already on their contract once the new season starts...
They should really clarify these in their messages, cause they make it seem like they would leave once the new season starts.
If their game engine already gives you weird results and screwed up troll play, can't they at least clarify minor things like these so I don't find more stuff to criticise this game..

I don't think so. When you sing contract, it lasts for 3 years. One year last from 1. to 28. day of season. If you sign player at day 18, that doesn't mean contract will end at day 18. Every contract will end at day 28, only number of season are different.If you had renewed the contract in the next season it would show only 2 years...
He is saying that we wasted one year contract since he signed the contract in this season...If he signed the contract next year he would have got a 3 year contract...
That's what I am trying to tell that if she will sign the contract in this season it will show 3 years and if he signed the contract the next season it will show 2 seasons...
Nordeus are not so foolish that they will give you an extra year contract if you sign a player when his contract has expired...
Oh really? Thanks for the info there, I never knew that, so I didn't lose out after all :P thank heavens lol. Another thing they don't make it clear about.. Brings a lot of confusion around the game lol. This season is the second season I renewed a contract but this time for two players instead of one, so its rarely done lol. I don't know how you know this if you were the one who created this thread in the first place xD
Yeah, but this game will not surprise me if they do either, this game makes it look like you can get advantage if you sign later on. If you look at the example of the youth system and academy players as well as the situation with renewing contracts that will expire on a season end as opposed to the gameweek the renewed contract is signed on
Just let them all go, get some of your NORDGEN already, they are old news let them go!
But seriously if you can get REAL nordgens 18yr olds like 6 at server reset, you will lose you pants off that season!

LoL...I always buy the 2 most costly Nordeus Gen available after server reset on day 1 of new season...Whether I need that position or not it does not matter ( except ML and MR )...

I buy the 2 most expensive ones irrespective of there positions and then buy the players who I need...
