League: Buffs FC win 3-1. After being close most of the Season our hapless rivals continue to implode with draws n losses and lead is stretched to 10 points with 6 games to go. Long time resrve player Bobby Murdoch makes the starting team, scores the first goal and drowns himself in the MoM Champagne.

Celtic Rangers win 3-0 in the league and draw 1-1 away in the Cup.
OMA Master League representative, Dependiente, win 2-0 in the league and 4-0 in the Cup. Weird Cup match with 4 goals, 3 bookings and an injury in first 27 mins then......nothing.

He's using a wide diamond formation, a formation that got me out of the Cup. I haven't found a good formation to counter it. 4-3-3? 3-4-3?

I prefer 4-1-4-1 against WD, but 4-1-3-2 could also work. Try to detect weak points in his formation (flanks, center, open spaces) and select a formation that exploit it (and where you have the players for). Good luck

Jo'Burg FC had a disastrous weekend as we got knocked out of the CL against a token buyer, cant be that mad as we atleast made it to the Quarter finals, was just unlucky to get drawn against the stronger teams. League match played out to a 1-1 draw, opponent scored on the 90th min! That now puts Jo'Burg FC in 2nd position, tied with 1st... Will be playing opponent in 1st position in the next hour so that will determine who stays at the top..

Jo'Burg FC played a home match against opponent in 1st. First time around Jo'Burg FC got the better of the opponent and managed to get a 2-0 away victory. This time around it looks as if the opponent wanted revenge! Going into the match full of confidence, Jo'Burg FC's confidence was blown away as the opponent scored in the 14th min, another goal for the opponent came just before the break. Jo'Burg FC's manager went into the break fuming and wanting to punch the monitor but kept his cool 2nd half started and in the 49th min Jo'Burg FC ST (Artico) gets a goal back and restores the faith in his teammates! 8 minutes later a 2nd goal from MC (Orudzhev) lifted the game and the manager off his seat until opponents AML scores 2 minutes later to claim his hatrick! 3 mins later on form ST (Artico) chips the goalie to tie the scores 3-3! 76' Jo'Burg FC MC (Ferrin) took a chance and dribbled his way through the opponents defense to find himself one on one with the keeper, (Ferrin) who took no chance and put his foot through the ball to get a GOAL! Jo'Burg FC's manager calmed the game down and made a sub and brought on ML (Nielsen)... Boys managed to defend the last 5 min which felt more like 45min to get a 4-3 victory!!

Champions League: The Buffs were at home in the first leg to host an unpronounceable (for me) name from the People's Republic of China.

It should have been a classic 4-5-1V v ND but it turned into a classic stalemate with some shots but nothing of the nerve tingling variety - no bookings, no FKs, no goals.

Celtic Rangers continue to claw and bite their way up the league with a 2-0 win v 4th to trade places with them. From a Week 5 low of last place and 1pt this has been a spirited effort.

Shangalang FC win 3-1 at a mid-table club (hey that's supposed to be Shangalang's dream status) to move joint 3rd (ie 4th >.< )
Unfortunately this Club that boasted few injuries early in the Season now has 4 in Casualty after this season's Academy Recruit (GK) suffers a Calf Strain.

Dependiente are inactive until this evening.

well fortunately leaders lost today unfortunately i drew 0-0 away so now 8pts behind with 15 left so now can`t see me catching them, guess i`l have to make sure i finish 2nd and end the second half of the season unbeaten, at the moment i`m 9 league games without defeat
