If I train them, they will lose their condition. And I don't think it's good to play matches with poor condition?

That's why the game have a REST to used, like a treatment and moral booster.

And yes, It's not good to play a matches with low or poor condition.
But It's a worse to play around season without a training your player.

the quality is the same, but as mates say, winning a level the referance of the stars change....

level 1 5* =20
level2 5*= 25
level 3 5*= 30

....and continue for the eternity because theres no limit of level :3

top level, is in top server, and top server stop the level maybe 1 or 2 consecutive seasons, after that, the team win another level... so the game have no limit of level, only if don't have 14 teams to do a league in the higher level, wait a season for more teams

Yes Every two season there is a Higher level what i notice before i have seen there was a wait for 4 seasons i notice that onces 👍😉

I didn`t lose a star this season, i was promoted but still in same club lvl as last season. Guess im at the top club lvl of my server or someting.

@Khant all teams that promote lose a star, so many in your League are in the same case, do not worry.
As for training: you can set individual training rate normal or hard for each player. Train them down only to where each player will be rested enough for the next match.

How do I set individual training rate normal or hard for each player? I only see that I can set it as a team, sorry, I'm still a newbie.
