All high level players should submit tickets

As long as they recive 1-2 ticket about this, they won't care. And there are 1 million topics abut "too many injuries", "too few tokens", "unfair matches", etc, THIS problem is, what ruins the game. Who can't farm tokens, will have to quit, or take over a low level club. And then do it again, and again, and... Who pay for tokens (not monthly hundreds of dollars or euros), will quit, after realizing, that in each season they have to spend their real money for game money, and not for players, kits etc.
