Is there a way to tell if your opponent is playing zone or man-to-man D?

the bar that shows who is pressing is not moving too fast left-right, but slowly goes by small amounts almost in one place...and there arent too many commentaries in game = man on man. game end 1-0, 0-0, 0-1 etc
