If it was an older player - I would've said "sell him. If he had 5-6 chances that's more then enough".

But young 18-20 players can be fickle… just like in life :

Sometimes they would calm down after a few matches on The bench - and step up to the play .

Some start performing after a year when then the got older and the control went from their hormones to their brains .

Some , like my GK last season are like a flickering light bulb when they're 18 - my goodness, that season was a rollercoaster because of him. He's form was like: 9-3-8-6-5…
But this year he stabled at a solid 7.

Some try their best but can't really do anything extraordinary - they'll always have a rating of 6. Season after season and they'll never quite make it.

And some are just unbelievably sh*tty , I mean - it almost look like they're trying to destroy the team from within… and even after one season they'll get 3-5 ratings.
