I bought a nordgen player, this guy Cohen

I trained him a little (he is very good at that ) to become Q9 and didn't use him in any game. He is in reserves.
I have another one ST nordgen so I want to sell him and gain few T if possible .
I was waiting this weekend for any offers but nothing (I am at server 192).
Am I doing something wrong ? because I 've seen bidding wars for players 10 year older than him?
Can I see my player in neg. list or can anyone else see him because I don't know how many tolken is the cost to buy ?
