Halfway League Table

As the 'middle weekend' draws to a close we can report at the halfway stage of the league table we are currently perfect at this stage of the season and look in complete control of the league.

Strange to see El Capo 10th.... as I see I will be some more seasons saying my words... "I have more Champions Leagues than El capo" LOL

Definitely not my best season in the league, dropped some points I never should've dropped. Hopefully the 2nd half will be better.

Won all 8 matches so far, tomorrow 1st leg QF @ home against a 1 level higher team.

Won al 6 group stage matches, first leg of the final 16 ended 1-1 at his ground.

CL: Didn't get up in time to watch it but still won. This guy still managed to score two though, despite his 1 star team. Weird.



League: Ok, what? This guys scores 3? And easily as well, what the hell? How? I mean I won, but still, it was kind of a struggle, which it shouldn't be. This guys is two stars bellow. I'll give him one goal but three? Get real? How does this guy even get second in the table? HAX!! I mean look at that:

[Buffs Mad]

Fixture Update

League: Buffs FC win 2-1 against the side that gave them their first 'Bad Day' ever, last season. This was followed up by a 2-2 draw v 3rd and a 2-1 win v 2nd. Buffs FC lie 6th with a game in hand.

Champions League: Buffs slipped again to a draw in last CL Gropu match but secured top spot. A solid performance in Top 16 1st leg saw the Buffs win 2-0 away.

Cup: With a 1-0 deficit from the first leg in which they dominated the Buffs looked for a big performance away from home. A 3-2 win was enough - even although they dominated again, 2 goals from the home side in a 10 min flurry from the 1 hour mark made Buffs Mad sweat before an 84th min strike from Law put them through.

In the QF 1st leg a 3-0 away win puts one foot in the SF again - thanks to Goalkeeper David Harvey who caught every corner, FK and smothered every cross in a 9 rated MoM performance.

I am out of CUP for all 3 teams losing to hexagon in different levels ...only got draw but unfortunately they always score more goals at my home than I scored at their homes.. some more, I always forgot to watch the matches due to workload these few months.. hopefully next season will be better..

CL still on the run and league still TOP for all 3...
