Why do i get lots of injuries?

I have red packs in the hundreds but I consider 3~5 players constantly injured typical. If he's not out for 10 days or fast trainer or something I probably won't use packs.

Does upgrading grass lower the injury rate? Nobody knows, but it is a requirement for larger stadium and academy anyways...
As I could recall yes, the difference between level 0 and max grass is very significant, but players still get injured.

It's annoying but everybody have the same problem.

i just did a sub and he get`s injured 1 minute after coming on and 1 minute later my top scorer get injured ?? meaning i have 1 sub left for one of these injuries at least my other sub that came on before these injuries scored in the 82nd minute to put game beyond oppo with result being 3-1

My left midfielder seems to get injured all the time he's been injured 3 times this season already, if it carries on I'll be shipping him out !!

Over training, playing to many matches, playing players with low condition, to reduce injurys is good to have a 22 player squad and have to players to every position!, this way you can rotate your players and give the others rest time.
Only train your players after your last game of the day and if you have a late match and another one a few hours later the next day then dont train that day.
