It is a fact scout list is not exclusive

agree, i can relate to this story. either scout list is not exclusive or there is a bug which refreshes the scout list even without mail of new scout list.

yeah dude. i just confirmed this with my own very eyes !!
the best scout player on my list who was there this afternoon (or about 7 hours ago) is already gone from my list
i was just planning on signing him since there's somebody negotiating my player with 10 tokens and i intended to buy this scout player since he has the same position as my player who is being targeted by another team

but.. he.. is.. gone..
can't believe my eyes at first..

GIFT lol,you can all keep my scout,he,s fekin useless, the average age of my squad is 21.7, all he offers me is old men,18 players on current list and only two will be under 24 at the start of next season,half of what he offers are going on 30. Its a pain too because ive accumalated tokens to purchase 5-6 scout players now or early next season after major clearout, im level 7,so i,ll be after 6* rated 60+, im selling players rated 55+ because they,ll drop to 5* next season and probably wont improve as fast now 23-24yrs,common Nordeus if you want my 350 tokens ,improve or sack my scout lol

i found the guy who stole my scout player
i still remember the player's name and apparently his new manager didn't change it
i saw his new manager a couple of times in auction market

I think it's a bug. I bought a ST and ended up with a different guy yesterday. The past few days the game engine is whack

the worst is that scout list sux many times ... and are different from player to player ... i saw scouts on some friends that i needed but i din`t have in list ... and btw the best on scout list is the one with top wage !

I just bought a Scout 2 positions and the right SA which finally i'm happy with but he's 24. Most of scouts are pretty much garbage since most of them come with 1 position or 2 positions are not exactly helpful like DR+DMR. Some of the SA they possess are jokes like playmaker for a DR or cornerkicks for a DC and most of them don't have quality ending with 4 or 9. I am now going for a more balanced skill points distribution but looking at the scout goalie makes me sick since he has lower handling and position abilities than my goalie. I fielded all 3 new scouts in yesterday's 2 games but none of them score, 1 ST had to assists with 2 corners because he's a CK specialists LOL. Strangely they all had 8 ratings.
