But then why he is wearing a premium jersey kit ?

Without a doubt he is an academy player from a manager 2 or 3 levels above you. Most likely a 12 or 15 token one. Or even a free one.

Even the 2 star players from academy can be very fast trainers.

One way to determine is the wage, a 4* token spawn one level above you would have a lower wage compared to 2* spawn three levels above you, because player wage increases a lot if you are signing at a higher level a weak trainer (free spawn) trend to have higher wage at any given quality.

no , if you are searching for a fast trainer -
VALUE 380K, WAGE 17K VALUE/WAGE =22,3, very low.
For fast trainer, 1st level, this must be over 80, but he has good Q and maybe he 'll be come good player

I want to mention that those prices of the board are top. Maybe a manager who isn't many hours in the game cannot see them at all in one season. Those players usually are in the market early in the morning - for me, for Greece it's GMT -2. Judging from your name, we are talking about same time, so we 're talking about 6 a.m.
I called those players 1st class nordgens, together with the players near that price, say 2,5-3 M for LV1.
The 2nd class let's say is 1,5 - 2,5 M are also fast trainers, maybe not so much.
The 3rd class, round 1M, are just descent trainers - not worthy to power train them.
