So i managed a draw in today's league game, still in 11th place lol.

Thanks for all the advice guys, most of it i already do like always changing formations to suit opponents and also have a backup formation in mind in-case i need it, usually only put wingers and strikers on red arrows or just strikers, my starting eleven almost always start every game with full or close to full morale and condition, usually begin games on normal mentality and take it from there depending on how the games are going. Mostly use mixed passing, mixed focus, hard tackling, own half and zonal marking, and force counters too

As for poor form, i only seem to have one player with obvious poor form, he is a 6 star scout MC with playmaker ability but he always gets 5's, except for the one time he managed a goal and he got a 4 lol. His morale and condition are kept full but to no avail. He has been on the bench now for the last 3 days. Is it possible this one players presence is bringing down my squad?? Didn't want to sell him as he is a scout and is named Ben Kenobi lol but if he is the problem then he's gone!!

Between the end of last season and now my team 's rating has increased by 15 stars yet am sure my old squad would be doing a better job than this lot. Oh well just have to battle on and hope things improve, or maybe this just really is my time for a dodgy season.
