Thant's your prob, you sub your defender. It's crazy but it's true. Subbing a defender allows opponent time to attack you. Stupid logic, but tht seems to be the case.

You want to avoid conceding late goals? Just play 5 at the back, defensive. Adding a defender as oppose to a straight swap doesnt expose you to attacks.

Try subbing your striker so you can get a late goal instead.
