how the HELL DID I LOSE %

I Have 2 account`s 1st one is fine with 5% every 3 hrs but second account i lost 5% because they added an hour, how do i know this, two reason`s i work out % fitness of player`s and 2nd more importantly both 1st and 2nd account was 5 minutes apart of each other now they are and hour+ apart ????

ya i know that and normally 10 mininute difference not 1 hr and 30min difference
