Same thing happened to me. I normally play on the laptop, but decided to access it via my phone to see what the new update looks like. I had almost 300 skill points saved up ready to use next season, but now they've all been assigned, and equally over all three options (attack, defense and physical) as well
This is really frustrating

Did you really thought that the feed backs of beta testers would be implemented ???

No. But maybe if enough people said it then it was possible they might listen. I notice I cannot access my beta copy any more either.

Yes you are right, skill points are now automatically applied to your players, rather than applied manually as before. Reason for this is that this is much closer to real life, if you train for a specific skill you gain skills in that area immediately after the training or match. Also the majority of our players use auto assign and have requested this feature. We feel this will enhance the game overtime but your comments and feedback are of course taken on board.

You can focus on a particular skill when adding skill points. Go to the player - Skills and you can change it there. Not quite the same but at least you have a say where the skill points are assigned.

Maybe, but...
It really changes the way to manage your team and long time strategy, to make this conséquent change in the middle of season, without saying it to us first is really stupid,
I always have 1/3 players i hardly train to sale them with many points to give or to receive good offers. And now ?
If i not had so many tokens i'll surely stop, so what to do know ?
Where 's the good in your 2015 version, just a facelift, less possibilities, is that way Nordeus chose to conquier new players ?..not that old players wanted, but do you really care ??

Absolute utter Rubbish,you,ve had so many complaints already about this,what you say wont wash,this forum is only a very small taste of managers anger,read all your other posts from FB/TWITTER etc wait til managers realize in numbers and desktop/Browser,s become affected,you've screwed up bigtime,wait for numbers/profits too decline

i save 50 skill point`s to add new position or ability BUT won`t add assigned position or ability because we can not change, then when i get 50 skill point`s and use one of these on a certain player but if i get say play maker from transfer market then i can add to another position but the way you done it now I and OTHER`S have NO CHOICE so we are NOT MANAGING OUR TEAM
