So many people have volunteered feedback, much (but, I admit, not all ...) of it constructive. Other companies spend fortunes on collecting user feedback. Nordeus are fortunate enough to get free feedback from loads of people who are absolutely passionate about their product, yet all they give us in return, apart from a few standard we-appreciate-your-input posts, is radio silence. We really appreciate all of our managers to take time to write this feedback, this is really important for us! I m not a developer but we are making sure that these comments reach out our developers and I m assuring you that these feedbacks added in our feedback list one by one and our developers read them and they are analysing every feedback. Thank you again and we are looking to receive more feedback if you can be specific it would even help us better. We are working for a lot of things we need time to make some changes but we will do our best for our managers.
