Too right. As I said in an earlier post: Communication could be king, but currently isn't.
So many people have volunteered feedback, much (but, I admit, not all ...) of it constructive. Other companies spend fortunes on collecting user feedback. Nordeus are fortunate enough to get free feedback from loads of people who are absolutely passionate about their product, yet all they give us in return, apart from a few standard we-appreciate-your-input posts, is radio silence. Weird.
