I would have guessed the first will be very fast, the second will get about 12 - 15% from a normal stretch. How did the second dude do?

the higher the Value the faster they are are at lower level`s but be warned when you get to level 17/18 and value is pretty much the same for 5 star player`s it`s pot luck if you get a fast trainer or not

He is a fast trainer but I think it's to late.

The first one it's obvious he is fast trainer as the second but it's a waste of money.
3* in the middle of the season ?
You 'll just have a 3* or 4* player in a few days. Train him, without spending greens, give him the sp and sell him in a Sunday evening.
