Any maximum market value?

In my L18 team, there are 9 players with market value 103M to 105M. Another striker value 105M were just sold through negotiation. Is 105M is a maximum market value for club level 18? Is there a maximum market for each level?

I did not consider this before. I started to worry whether I am silly to sell the 18 year old striker. Maybe his value will suddenly increase when my team will promote in next season.
