If he is getting high ratings and scoring, then keep him. The star rating is not everything. You can spend a lot of tokens and money to get a higher rated player who does not perform. I have a player who is upto nearly 200 games (and only 23) but is almost 10 ratings below everyone else but as long as he does not let me down I will keep playing him.
