I believe that it's not a coincidence the bad performing of so many scouts lately, that's why I made this post in bugs and technical issues section.

I 'm afraid so. I 've read (and have the experience) when a good player is in bad form but recovers, but there are very few post about how a player who is starting with 4-5-6-4-5 can improve - as I can remember, it was talking that maybe can perform good in a next season
Well, when you buy a scout, you pay so much token waiting a player to perform better than the others for this season, not after 2 seasons.
