    Best way to prevent injury

    Friendly games is my solution
    this season i start play more friendly games than the past

    play 4 friendly games if only league game of the day
    play 2 friendly games if CL and league game in a day

    and i rarely catch an injury this season

    whaa...?? 2 additional friendly matches a day? isn't that too much?
    a match will drain your players' stamina 15-20% and normally without rest pack you can only recover (24h/3h) X 5% = 40% condition each day
    so 2 matches with 12 hr space are already ideal. no need for additional friendly i think

    the best way to prevent injury is rest. no matches.. put players on the bench and no training..

    Season 3: Currently at 2nd place, 22/30 points.

    This would only be possible with a full squad of 22 players effectively used as 2 teams of 11.

    I`d say the best way to avoid injuries is don`t send your player`s onto the pitch

    Wowww. How you recover energy? Also what's the average skill% gained?

    u gain treatment and rest pack from watching game and sub.
