Skill points

If i assign skill points to my striker to make him a better one on one scorer will that in turn stop him from gaining any more stars until he gets all the skill points needed for the one on one striker?

If you are in Top Eleven 2015, yes, it's even the only way, I believe.

In previous versions you can save the skill points to later assign.
