Season 66 - Week 4

after a few days we revise the chance of our team in 3 competition
-League: we are the best team but not far from Leo FC and Golum FC. it's too soon to say anything now, but we can have 50% chance to win the league
-Champion league: we are in dead group, the other 3 team has the same quality with us, but we can walk through they are all not very brilliant in tactics (several times see them in CL). for the winning chance, it's difficult to say but a QF place is minimum accepted. Winning % is about 15 % as we are the 3 rd best team in competition.
-Cup: play off game wait for us but for winning it's quite difficult. for now i say we have 5%

CL: Won 1-3 away. lead the group with 6 pts,

Finally got rid of Apolo, 24 tokens wasted youngster, who played decently his 1st season and every other season was worse and worse...

Lost in the CL 0-1 against the now leading with 3 points difference, Zafarabad FC, fortunately though, the other two teams are still behind us with 1 point each after they tied.
On the other hand, won in the league against one of our main competitors 3-1, leaving us in the lead as the only team winning all 3 games, and 2 points difference from the new #2.
We received the first injury of the season when our main striker got a 6 days injury, but he will be treated so he can play again from tomorrow

Overall, I like how we're proceeding and I can say we're doing good, but we still need to strengthen our defenses a bit as we didn't finish any game without conceding a goal, except for the first match of the season during preliminary round of the cup.

Buffs FC draw for the third time in a row - 3-3 this time in "A Tale of Two Halves", both tell the story of robbery >.< Everything the opponent touched in the 1st hal turned to gold - while we wallowed in crap. Nice counterattacking but jeez....




Now 6pts behind in 8th (or 9th). >.<

Update from my end.

Rhondda Rovers main team played the CL match against Big FC without me being able to watch the match due to crap phone signal, but despite this, we won 2-0 in a close game against the strongest team in our group.



Meanwhile, the reserves played Donatorii in the League and, despite an injury to Thomsen and not watching the match till late on, it was an emphatic victory.



This keeps us top of the League thanks to a superior goal difference.
