Well, in online games those "earn tokens/credits" offers are NEVER user-friendly. If you are lucky enough, you will get it. If not, they don't care...I have same problem now with a offer to register on other game and reach 650pts. I did that yesterday and my 10 tokens are no where to be found...I sent complaint to the sposnor that offered it, but as usual - they ignored the email...
Every time I try to watch videos for health/rest/morale it doesn't give me the reward. I have watched at least 20 videos without getting anything now. I would like nordeus to give me these rewards or at least fix the problem. Also, the game is very prone to crashing the last few days. I am not having fun anymore because the game lags too hard and then crashes basically every day. Myself and others will simply stop playing this game if the product is not enjoyable. I don't care enough to deal with all these issues. It's ruining the experience for me. Please fix these problems.
I have the same exact issue. Via Nordeus I was told to contact TrialPay (since they are the providers of the videos) but they only seem to handle the tokens..or doesn't understand my question. It's the fifth day for me where I cant get boosters. No matter using Firefox, IE or Chrome, it's the same result..
