i am having the same issue on chrome AND firefox. its not a browser issue. its an issue with the game

It is an issue with the provider, I believe supersonic, and it's on the main site and FB. I think they are trying to sort it out, just seems to be taking awhile.

We're currently investigating an issue regarding video offers not being properly tracked. We're in contact with the appropriate advertising partners in order to solve this as soon as possible.

Specifically in Tapjoy related cases, looks like this is caused by their antifraud system detecting several users as "behind VPN" or suspicious networks. They've asked anyone suffering this issue to contact them from the offer panel within Top Eleven, so they can check case by case and try to find the issue.

Its certainly a problem for Supersonic Ads. Although it seems confined to the 'standard player' at least om fb. SSA fb booster videos Lynx Black and Chivas the Venture are the most frequent offenders for me atm. And once they 'fail' they just keep recurring.

However, the SSA videos that use another player, the kind used for games/apps adverts, seem to be rewarding correctly - last example was for the Rise of Mythos game.
