video`s not paying off

I emailed support - awaiting further reply - One cannot keep buying Morale boosters It cost a fortune - so to help, i watch the free videos at the bottom of the game play which you can either receive Money, Rests, Morale, or Injuries. depending which one you choose. - After watching the videos none are issued, been like this for a week or more now. If not fixed i will leave the game as i am getting crucified as my team are in a poor state. Using Facebook application

Still not working. And still prpper no feedback.
I'm with timelord here. Been playing (and paying) for long time. If this is how T11 deals with bugs, I might as well find something else.

Absolutely unbelievable - i received email back from support saying "At this stage of our communication, I hope that I have answered your request. I'll mark this ticket as Solved"

I immediately replied stating it has not been resolved as i have yet to receive a reply and therefore kept the ticket open - We will see what happens. Where are the moderators on this one and why are they not responding and talking to support.
