Just wasted 17 tokens

all good replies.... i'm doing ok myself at the moment. About to get 2nd in Level 3, chance of 1st position, a team which should mainly consist of 4s at the beginning of the next season!
The funny thing is.. yesterday I picked up 3 players all 5* including at 18yo worth 2.5mil for 4 tokens.. and 1 token on a experienced keeper and 5 on another guy. Just got burnt today.

That's pretty normal. Sometimes you get lucky, other times it's just not your day. It really is random, sometimes you can tell if your opponent is clearly a token buyer and should be avoided, other times you can't.
My team for example doesn't look that good, but i'd gladly take you for 15 or 20 tokens if I really want the guy. Others with a similar team will fold after a couple rounds.
