I got stuck in the same league level for multiple times despite finishing top 4...

So what are the player ratings like in these sort of leagues?

And do managers have a lot of financial problems due to escalating salaries as the player levels rise?

I can only assume that that is because of the lack of active managers at that level. You will just have to wait for us mere mortals to catch up.

No promoting, no loosing stars, JF told me these things and how good is keep the team with 8-9* in the level 30 repeated LOL

If it got to the stage where I wasn't getting promoted a level when I should do then it'll be the time I start looking for a likely Level 1 team to start again with...

There is a cap, of values and wages. When you start the diferance can be x20 in the values or more but winning levels diferance is reduced, because time ago (well last season and before) teams had a limit in the budget of2.43B or so, so near level 20 aprox. there was a limit in wages and values.
So there's a control in the wages and values despite now the limit of budget was removed.... he only problem is that in high levels is difficult to keep the team, teams have to play lots of friendlies and all is difficult coz no lots of players...
