Before every single match my players have at least 90% energy and 100% morale. The picture is just done after game and training. I even try your tactics like you show on FB with Orlova Academy. I ask you on FB what kind of orders you using. I try do somethin my own, but I lost 3 games and I leave it.

You will never be able to play like X person from X tutorial, each manager have his own style and is quite impossible to explain you all his playing style.

Is good if you have moral and condition so good but you are level 21, how can you play with a player on an illegal formation... you are losing a lot on defensive line by playing like that.

Look at your players notes, the worst from all is the DL who is playing out of his position (DC). Fix that and play few games and let us know!

The problem now is that your players are already in a bad form so you can't change everything over the night... Good luck!

Normally He play as DL. On picture I just show my last game. He is trained to play as a DC. 40/50 on training done already.

Well what to say, the game did some changes as far as I know, leagues are more divided in groups of = quality, too, the training system has changed and now one can have suddenly a 6* team...

I think as like in other situations that you have the visual Quality but not the internal... as I ssuggested to use my "guide" that is not a guide exactly I will say more or less the same, because I talk about my habits, about what I do when something dont work that basically is prove-test-and change.
-Very Important, friendlies to have the man in fouls/corners, this season Nedved is my best scorer with 17 goals, most of foul, been an MC is great, in corners I've a DR Rozomashvili, too works better than some with SA lol
-If you follow me you know I'm not very fan of 3 man in 1st line, but for me probably I would change of GK 1st lol
-You have players that are regular in contribution and shared, 10, 9, 8 goals your better scorers, that is not enough... this situation is when you have multiple players that give you a contribution, and yeah you can win the league with multiple-contribution as with a Key player, but these numbers are not enough...

I will suggest (is what I would do in your situation) you to do a friendly, using a diamond formation, with the MR Balbin as AMC look if in this position somebody play better, too search for your man in fouls/corners.
-Badu, Greenwo... and the GK probably can be sold and free places can be to prove other players. Take a look at the stats of the players in their old teams.


Other option is a ST as AMC, your MR as MC in the right slot for a 4-3-1-2.

I think that with 3-4 new players, well "searched", + a little bit of luck, work proving positions and doing some friendly, the team can do a interesting change. You have some players that you really can not touch and the MR if perform as MC/AMC is your best man, so I don't want to sell this lol

Arrows everywhere, I have 2 blue to the DC's + 8 red. I don't touch the orders very often, just if I see it very "black" like a black storm lol
copy paste is: (basically 1st option and 2nd)

-mentality offensive/very defensive...never very attacking.
-mixed passing/ to right-left side
-pressure in all the field
-normal tackling
-mixed/long passing
-zonal marking always, man to man is very specific.
-counter attack and off side active always.

Then do substitutions of MC/ST when names don't apper during 50 minutes too ae very interesting + add cones only in phisicall/mental attributes.

There is nothing wrong with your goalie, I disagree with other people. You might just remove the blue arrow of your defensive players and you all set. However, look out for all the opponents with wings, like 4-2-2-2 or 4-5-1v or butterfly...these three formations have enough defend to stop your two STs and wings, and their wings and STs can tear you away apart. Especially, the 4-5-1v, don't underestimate the alone striker, he has a very strong support from the wings (specially, none of your player mark them)...that consider three STs to me.

I would add a new Tactic, more normal 442 or 4132

About the PLAYERS, yes its all about the players... you have NICE players, but when we see the STATS... I say VERY low Stats.
confirm the potencial of the players on the PITCH, every one that cant reach 7 (normally) or reaches 8/9 I would sell!

A solid Tactic and 3, 4 players on the First team reaching 8/9.... I will have no dout that you will win games and have Players with higher Stats.
You need waste time searching for PITCH STARS and mixing with training
Sell all those you cant trust to Player well.
