need help asap to beat 4-4-1-1

is having just one CB enough? i mean, the opposition is gonna use 1 attacker so its 1-vs-1 all the time?

i just realized that the thread you posted to doesnt say anything about instructions, which is a shame. Should i use Focus Passing = Mixed, and Passing Style = Short?
Counterattacking and press own half should work too, right? or perhaps its better to use offside trap with pressing whole pitch?
