They've been removed. Now out of contract players/ young nordgen free agents dont get released to the market. You only see 30+age ones that are ****. Sry, you'll have to buy/win/transfer market your cash stash.

Well I would like to say thank you for talking about it anyway! I am level one and been playing for 2 weeks - why do I see no free agents?

Appreciate that you read the old discussion post. But I am afraid that that the situation is different now.

In the past, any unused players who cannot be sold through market should be sacked. Managers will get no cash through this but have to pay the remaining wages according to the contract.

Several seasons ago, "sell now" option was implemented to replace "sack". Managers can get part of the market values of the players through this. Players who was sold may no longer appear as free agents.

BTW, in my experience, old free agent players are usually not bad signing if their qualities are not far from your team average. Many of them perform very consistently. They are decent options if your team lack cash but want more players.

Nordeus was trying to help managers who couldn't sell their players (specially in higher levels) but with the new app "sell now", destroyed this part of the game which was very interesting.
I think they can bring it back. The player, instead of disappear in an imaginary/bot team, to go back in the market as a free agent.
This is also a good bonus for the active and loyal managers of the game.
If we keep posting this in Suggestions section of the forum every while, maybe they 'll think about to do it.

And we need already trained and specialised players. I mean, we need more skill difference on young and even more older players. It is really hard to change something when you buy for example DC who has 27 years and his attack, physical and defensive skills are equall. Also we lose such players if someone sacks them and then they "sign" for bot team.
Instead, one sacked player should appear on auctions few times every day (for example every 6 hours) until gets signed by some team. Also, there should be possibility to sign 4 and 5* free agents, but with some limits. For example, every team could sign 2x 5* free agents per season and 4x 4* free agents.

At big levels is way harder to get Free Agents, I have one at 2,3 seasons Yes, that's the best way to get money by buying free agents and resell them.

Now it's the same. I have a team lv3 and I found only 1 fa from lv1.

I took a look on some low level acc. and I saw from time to time but not as before but comparing with high level the difference is quite big. At least on my server.

My best experience with free agent was back to one of previous several seasons when I got a ML/AML with dribbler SA, and he was an extremely fast trainer. I got this guy and power trained him and gave him MC role; used him for several seasons. He could always score amazing goals per the comments, but unfortunately he was not a match decider so eventually I sold him.

Another funny experience was a ST wth one on one SA; I got him and sold him on market, I watched the auction on him and the auction went for 50 plus rounds :-), that made my day that day.

Only old farts as free agents at me, and I don't bellieve that the ones sold to agents ever show up again, they are just disintegrated
