I read some orders posts that the problem against 4-3-3 its if u play defensive u can't try use counter attack this way u get many goals, both teams I played against had very few shoots on target.

Also, it seems that some teams play better using a particular formation, as if it is related to the club (not the players). This should not be case, but there is a possibility that it is.
I played twice against a modified 4-3-3 using counter attacks, and I lost 2-0 and 3-1. The goals seemed to come out of nowhere.
I try 4-1-4-1 few times and lost always, my standard formation its 4-4-2c so I think in stronger like that.

It has more to do with the orders. Maybe you did not use the best orders for 4-1-4-1 to counter 4-3-3, but you got the orders right for the 4-4-2 against 4-3-3. It depends also on what orders the opponent use.
yeah i still use 3-4-3 flat or 3-3w-1-2 vs 4-3-3 never seen 4-4-2 beat it
What are the orders that you used for 3-4-3 and 3-3W-1-2 for playing against 4-3-3?
