I know when a player hits scout he gets less skill points to improve....but does it really matter for players with 5 stars or below?

I think so. Maybe Accyrover or July knows more about this. I just use very basic tips and tricks when it comes to training.

The more stars a player has, the slower his training will be and if you earn enough skill points to earn the star for the player, the training will still slow down anyways, me and dv8r both proved this through power training.

Speaking of Accyrover, we aint seen him on here for nearly 2 weeks now.
