Love it coz its very difficult to win the league last few months. But not impossible!
PS: i didn't even buy any token last few seasons and i won almost every season.

I think this game is all about the counter formation and it really doesn't matter so much how good your players are. You can beat much better teams as long as your counter is good.

Just my opinion.

It's simply really:

1. Buy Level x8 players (every one else is fighting for level x9 players)
2. Farm for packs on ios, android, pc and facebook.
3. Let your players heal naturally
4. Rotate your squad
5. Have many friends to support you most of the time
6. Counter your opponents formation

The problem is you have to get used to staying up at the hour of demons (3.00am) to get the players you want for few tokens.

i have never played a counter formation and i've won league cup and CL. on separate accounts, so no treble, but doubles...

it's been the exact opposite for me. I always change my formation to a previous counter that's worked and it has been successful about 95% of the time. Granted i'm still in the early levels and this might change quickly.
