Try setting EASY TACKLING & OFFSIDE TRAP ON.
This worked pretty good with my alt team, had 3 injured players in 26 games.
But that's not a 100% solution, as everybody knows injury wave comes and goes and we can't do anything about it..
Playing weak opponents with EASY TACKLING works good aswell.. play NORMAL against even opponents and HARD against stronger
This is what works for me.. i usually try to go around every settings untill i figure out what works best. Good luck
