almost went through the cup. First leg we lost 0-1 at home playing defensive. Yesterday at the second leg we played offensive drawing 3-3. Got 2 goals by cleared again to corner, oh well at least he was a active manager too

Champions League quarter finals, 1st leg - Perfect Tactics (47.3) 6-0 GT FC (32.1)
Perfect Tactics: 4-5-1 v (butterfly on 30 mins), GT FC: Asymmetric formation 3W-2N-1-2?-2
This was quite a strange match because we weren't getting control of the game as we intended with out 4-5-1 v. I hate asymmetric formations so much for this very reason. We couldn't really get a foot hold in the game so we had to change to the butterfly formation and instantly we got a reply. Norris scored with a long range strike just before half time. The second half was a walk over, Lamb scored from a Norris lay off then substitute Cazorla with a brilliant piece of skill went 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper and curled it into the top corner making it 3-0. Petersen also had his share of the goals, a brilliant finish from Cazorla's pass before he set up Bogdany from the corner. Late in the game (of course), Petersen got his second from going 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper and a powerful hit which went in off the bar. Nascimento should have given us 7 right at the death after he went 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper but for some reason his special ability didn't make his shot any more accurate...
Goals: Norris (44'), Lamb (54'), Cazorla (61'), Petersen (70', 86'), Bogdany (74')
MOTM: Petersen
No match until 8pm tomorrow. Time to relax.

Champions League Quarter-Final Preview
July Fourth 104.2 vs Coloz United 95.8 Tonight
Coloz United 95.8 vs July Fourth 104.2 Saturday
July Fourth will play Italian outfit Coloz United in the tie of the Quarter-Final of our Champions League competition, this will be a very tough test for us as they have an very active manager that watches his games and also that Kador will no doubt be on hand to support Coloz United. All 8 teams in the Quarter-Finals are the group winners of each group, Coloz united have mostly a 5* team with only 2 players having a SA, A penalty kick taker and free-kick taker, Antonio Festas is their defender in great form that will have to be at his best to cut out out all-star attack, Ermin Kling is their up and coming young 19 year old star with 19 goals this season, Fabio Tronche is their hitman from midfield with 10 goals and their keeper is Pascal Antunez who is in decent form, July Fourth have nearly a full starting XI available except from Mensah who is still recovering condition from his recent injury, Norris and Michu both recent netted 4 goals each in 2 games back to back and Hatsune Miku has been finding the goal lately too.
Odds to Qualify: July Fourth 1/6 Coloz United 4/1
1st Leg: July Fourth 1/3 Draw 7/2 Coloz United 8/1
2nd Leg: Coloz United 4/1 Draw 5/2 July Fourth 4/6
*Retired From Top Eleven*
Lol again trolled by the game engine.

Harrogate Town won today against Eldon FC Harrogate took there record to 17-0-0 whilst this defeat saw Eldon FC still without a single point and to record of 0-0-17. Town won this one 7-0. Tonight will see Harrogate host Italian side Nono AC in the quarter finals of the champions league
Well here are my results for the past days.
Got some nice wins. Today I wasn't able to watch my CL game (bad connection on the phone). Saw some bad preformances of players. The draw is still better than a loss. We will have to do it at home.
We still have to play the #7 of the league today and win in order to keep our first place.
Champions League, Quarter finals, 1st Leg:
We flew in Colombia right after the League's fixture to face off McBrayt FC, an average team which surprisingly got on the quarters beating better suited formations thanks probably to their efficent 4-4-2 ND. Coach Mad takes the challenge and gets on the pitch his best eleven in the same formation, NT's war horse 4-4-2 Narrow Diamond. The difference is clear soon enough just after 2 minutes when Lenders one on one with the keeper pierces him (2'). Thanks to the new DMC Goryushkin (Q30, 18yo) New Team finally finds its balance at midfield, with the young regista admnistrating the plays magistrally. Not a surprise that the MCs Diamond and Denton can finally push on offence; Denton shows his skill and beats the keeper from 30 mts (15') while a wonderful pass by Diamond reaches Hutton in the defense's core for the "easy" 0-3 (23'). Galvanized, Mad's eleven keep pushing the Colombians and score again with Rob Denton (31') and again Hutton (36') served by Lenders.
The second half sees NT's coach setting up a 3-5-2 V sparing Denver for Velardo and Diamond (yellow carded) for Mellow. The young MC Velardo pays off coach's trust scoring after just one minute the 0-6 (46') assisted by Lenders, which ten minutes afters confirms his assistmanship by giving Denton the joy of his first hat trick for the 0-7 (59'). Coach Mad gives him the standing ovation getting him out for Biegansky and ending the match with a weird 3W-1-1-3W-2. Right before the whistle Goryishkin crowns his magistral match by scoring the 0-8 served by (guess who) Mark Lenders (74'), today's king of assists with 4 balls and a goal as well. In the last minutes the unbalanced formation lets Mcbrayt pop out a counter which gives them a flag point.
New Team is safely in the semi-finals and will be able to use the reserves in the second leg, something more than welcomed as both Denton and Diamond reached the yellow card limit and would miss next fixture.
