every other team in my cup are same level or level above BUT are same rating as myself

edit; seems Nordeus have got it in for me in cup as i always meet a team 2 levels above

before every new season i ruin my avg. Q a little bit (not too much coz you could get a first round burn) for Cup... currently i'm in level9 and despite of ruining i got >>>1 lvl12 and 2 lvl11<<< team... got mostly lvl10 teams (abandonish) and some "better" lvl8 teams and only few same lvl as mine
