Cup is for lower Q. teams of better level than u.

That simple, really have no sense this system.... coz many times a +3 level team inactive that have 7-8* appears in my cup, then in League is 5..6..7th and when he see that can win cup coz have a easy group, then use his market level to have advantadge.

So the cup, is the less interesting torunament and what have less value by my viewpoint of interest, because do not have sense.
