It's fair but have nothing to do with......FOOTBALL CUP rules, its a new discovery , they went from the one edge to the other, wrong choice, wrong timing, in such cases either u r doing something from the beginning or u dont touch it, its not right to do so vast changes in a game specially when u r following rules of a real game.
