    I usually give my players a stretch before matches, best order is cardio stretching then match training imo. Makes sense if you've ever been on a pitch. I've seen broken legs from cardio and acl tears from stretching in this game, nothing surprises me

    That's rather superstitious of you, IMHO. All it does is lowers their condition 3% right before the match. I try not to have any players on the pitch who have gone yellow -- both for fear of injury and because I assume their performance is reduced. That could be another MYTH to be busted. I try not to start any player who is below 92-94%. Could be a superstition of mine.

    Me, too. All the proof I personally need that "stretching" is nothing but a label for the 10/3 training option.
