I live in India UTC +5:30. We don't observe DST. The day starts at around 7am. What'll happen?

The match hour will not be changed. Simply, (should be like this, if I remember) you will sleep +1 hour, and a game that is now ready to be played at 11am, will remain at 11am. You will change the hour, to -1, and at the 11am of the new hour, your game/match will be played.
Simply we will sleep +1 hour.

I never sleep that extra hour as i got up at 5.30am instead of 6.30am problem is when clocks go forward, sorry Boss i over slept
