Missing tokens from ladbrokes, who to contact
Hi
I completed an offer for 405 tokens with ladbrokes, met all there terms they took my money, submitted a support ticket and this was on the 20th Oct 2015. no response from Supersonic ads. Status says being reviewed by advertiser.
Offer reports 1 day delay which is fine but it has been 8 days now....
Any help would be great.

I completed an offer on your website with Ladbrokes, I met all their terms, signed up and they took money from me, this was on the 20th October 2015 and nothing has happened yet apart from it states "being reviewed by advertiser" I have submitted 3 support tickets with all the photographic evidence of transactions and offer terms.
I have been playing this game daily for the last 2 years and 7 months and this is poor way of how your advertisers treat your members with your authority to do so.
I would like this issue resolving in a quick and professional way.

After sending the above email, they have just REJECTED it with no explanation, which means they do not have any grounds to reject it given that they cannot give a reason. How can Nordeus let this happens to its members of T11. FFS

Supersonic ads will scam you. They just say that you didn't use their offer even though you did.
I used another casino offer and they confirmed that I had used supersonic ads as referer and I submitted the chat log as proof together with all other proof they required (signup mail and payment) = rejected.
To be honest I think Nordeus should stop working with them. I don't think there are many people that actually get their tokens from those casino ads.

then... I sent them this reply:
Hi
I have sent you the proof which i will do again by attaching them to this email.
With regards to " Please send us proof (screenshot) that contains all the transaction details including the time and date of completion so we can verify with the advertiser" I did send you the proof. See attached screen shot.
As you can clearly see, the date, time and complete transaction information is very clear to see in the screen shots provided.

UPDATE:
well after contacting Nordeus and Supersonic ads and sending various emails back and forth. They have awarded the missing 405 tokens.
