TIGRAN lv4 is going for another treble
RINOKEROS lv6 if not playing in a league with my friends, maybe stay for the next season
NIK lv18 is gonna stay and relax for holidays for the next season

Before we start, here's some questions for you:
What have you learned from last season?
Nothing I don't already know... the Cup is a Lottery; however good the 1st Leg performance (in Cup or CL), the 2nd Leg will bite you in the butt; League performance and quality has no bearing on the result of any match.
Where did you place last season?
Palace Casuals: League, 10th; Champions League, dnq; Cup, Preliminary Round (as usual)
Palace Terriers: League, 2nd (by GD); Champions League, Quarter-Final; Cup, Qualifying Round.
What's your current level?
Palace Casuals: Level 26 (for the fourth season running) in their 30th Season
Palace Terriers: Level 7 in their 7th Season
What's your budget for this season?
Palace Casuals: Nothing much - squad full of 6* players, with three 5* among the reserves.
Palace Terriers: 25T (+35T earned), $27.7M
Who do you want to replace?
Palace Casuals: no-one at the moment
Palace Terriers: A few 2* and low-Q 3* players, but will not start until the League season...
What are your goals for this season?
Palace Casuals: get out of Level 26!!!!!
Palace Terriers: CL slot in League; win CL; get past 1st Round in Cup.

I wrote the above while I was sorting out the Squads for this season - these are worst 1st Round Cup draws I've seen for many a season:
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...

You are a man with luck, Gert lol my 2 last cups were of +5 levels, so seems I never will be a complete manager due no treble :'D
My last season's CL was filled with level 3 and level 4 teams =D. Wasn't even a hard job to capture my first CL title.
