Just depends on how many *9% players are there on the server.
I usually train my players 0.7 from levelling and start on position or SA.
And I get offers on them.

The 0.7 thing is why I am asking though.
That's what i used to do and would lose players as they levelled up outwith my control if the 0.4 daily boost was applied to them.
If I know that they can go onto negotiations at a lower skill level that will make things a lot easier as I can start to train a SA/another position knowing that even the boost wont level them up.
