2-1 home League victory. Escobar set up Tebily to equalise then Pitry scored around the 80th minute to win. I wasn't present but opposition was

    4-5-1v vs 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond.

    Hi,

from last season I learnt once again, how complicate a league may reveal.
Now I'm at level 33, after qualifying at place 7 in level 32.

Really a too competitive league, with so many teams relegated from higher level leagues.

If startup goes wrong, all becomes complicated.

No champions league this season ( and for sure I'd have been dispatched into a 34 level one,if I had qualified) ,
    qualified for Cup qualification leg,
and a League based on recent season standard: hard ( would you have ever guessed it before!?)

For new season I've changed the rules of my enforcement campaign.
Even if among all 7 star opponents,
no 7 star players for me (as i should massively enforce secondary abilities too ),but all players have 6 stars, enforced deeply in their main abilities
normally in status abilities and fewer for secondary abilities.

I'll try using almost same formations, according to opponents and players status : able (= not tired) and enrollable ( = not on the box for red cards).

Promotion is main goal ,beyond all considerations,
Champions League is the next one, League success would be the top.

Let's cross fingers and core season is going to start tonight at about 21.30 C.E.T.

    Champions league group match 1

A easy win. We started with 3w-5-2 v style and played it till the 73', but it was not the optimal formation so we changed to 4-2-2-2 hexagon. That was a better formation. Oppenents AMC got a red card. Sanchez had a bad game today. He missed 3 freekicks and had a 6.6 as final score. I subbed him for Welbeck and that was a good choice. Welbeck scored 2 goals immediately.

    7' Giroud assist Wilshere
    19' Coquelin assist Wilshere
    37' Wilshere assist Giroud
    45' Dokter assist Giroud
    74' Welbeck assist Dokter
    82' Welbeck assist Dokter
    89' Dokter

0-3 win in first Champions League match.

Escobar scores 2 and Pitry with a solo run.

So far 4 games 4 wins, long may it continue.

Day 3 - Palace Terriers report.

The new League season starts, and the Level 8 League that Terriers will play in is as follows:

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-s08-l08-league-initial.jpg

First League match of the season, and Nordeus didn't want to let Terriers get anything out it, despite dealing the opposition a red card...

Later on this afternoon, and Champions League action - a hat-trick for AMC Lee Bagley and one each for the strikers, all helped by the oppositions' misdemeanours...

Defender Xavier Theresine made his 50th appearance in red and blue:

Day 3 - Palace Casuals report.

Palace Casuals have at last gone up a level, and are now at Level 27:

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-s31-l27-league-initial.jpg

First League match, and Casuals were 4 minutes away from a creditable draw against a higher-Q starting XI team.

    Season 75 - Are you ready?-s31-league-hl-round-1.jpgSeason 75 - Are you ready?-s31-league-ms-round-1.jpgSeason 75 - Are you ready?-s31-league-pr-round-1.jpg

A more straightforward match three hours later in the Champions League - Andy Bayunu came on as sub and in 28 minutes scored twice and assisted one...

    Atlético Kolkata Day 3 Report

Yes!!!! We made a hattrick of losses!!! Defending champs lost 2-0 at home in the CL. With a weak, 3* squad, I'd rather enjoy the free money and tank in CL.

But the boys were back in track in the league (albeit at the cost of £500k). We are last in quality in league, so have a good schedule — play the harder teams first, then the weaker teams. We won 2-1 home. Just after halftime, new ST Arley Steer headed in a Baert corner to surprisingly give us the lead: But they equalised in the 70'. Finally John scored the winner from another Baert corner in the 83'. Of course, the MOM is Baert, who starred in the first win of the season.
    And here's our new goalie:
I prefer old keepers, they're reliable and cheap for 3 years.

A good defence is the best offense.
