champions league( knock-out tournament)

hi,
when we qualify from groups someone can tell me how the tree of teams is make in knock-out tournament?
i know that the winers of each group plays with the second of another group. for example if i am the winner of group C, who are the teams that i have to face in each stage of the knock-out tournament towards the final?
and if i am the second in group C?

The route to the final is decided straight after the group round ( kind of in two halves the way Wimbledon is ), so depending on which team wins each match, you can see who could potentially be playing...and just as important, who you can't face before the final (all the teams in the other half of the draw).

the situation is this... i saw that there are 2 strong teams(for example team 1 e team 2) in champions league that that i want to play as lately possible... the strongest is in group E the other team is in group G... probably they will be the winners in their groups... i am the strongest in group C, than to play as lately possible with them i have to choose the first or the second place in my group...
if i am the winner of group C and team 1 is the winner of E and team 2 is the winner of group G... than in the first round of knock-out tournament we have to face:
i( winner of group C) - runner up of group D
team1( winner of group E) - runner up of group F
team2(winner of gruop G) - runner up of group H

in other words i want to know if i am the winner of group C where i have to meet the winner of group E and the winner of group G( thinking that we win every match until one of us meet each-other)?
and if im am placed runner up of group C where i have to meet them?
i want to play the match with them as lately possible... we are the 3 strongest team in Champions League and i would like to meet one of them in the finale and not before if it is possible... Thanks

i think if you are lucky enough you will face only one from group E vs group G in the final
