You should have one there at each match - I certainly have one there and I play on PC/FB and Tablet & Mobile/Android. He may be switched off (check the settings), or cannot be activated because of constraints of your device (memory or screen resolution).

You know he is there and has a message for you when the items in the square icon to the left of the 'My Team' button start rotating.

Not once have I listened to this crazy drunk blind guy he’s a fcuking joke.. I usually go by how much possession in fan tab, stats and how there set up during the match you just need to Monitor it throughout the game and change tactics accordingly..just wish it would tell us more detail like possession, cut the field in 3 and tell us where the possession is by both teams you can learn a lot more like that to turn the match aroun changing tactics
