The answer is NO.

Again I hope people can get my point here. If Nordeus uses simulation approach to design this game, it has to be a dynamic simulation system, instead of a fixed design system without flexibilities.

In another word, simulation is OK but has to take into account the changes during the matches.

These cases tell us that the simulation system is not dynamic or not flexible enough to make this game more realistic; this is something they need to improve, a long way to go.
