Red/blue arrow uses.

Hi everyone,
Red and blue arrow are used to assign special role(attacking/defending) to player.The player will follow the arrows without considering his position.

RED ARROW;
It is represented as black forward arrow to mobile users.
The red arrow may have following impact on selected player;
1:The player may take chances by going with the ball towards opponent goal.
2:The player may try for long range goals.
3:The player will leave his position and play flexibly and attacking.
4:The player may not play defensively if your playing mentality is defensive.
5:Normaly during opponent possesion player may play defensive also.

BLUE ARROWS;
It is represented as black backward arrow to mobile users.
The blue arrow may have following impact on selected player;
1:The player may not like to go toward opponent pitch if he is defender.
2:The player will focus on pressing and tacking opponent attackers.
3:The player may go for attack if he have posession.
4:The player may try to remain in defense even if your playing mentality is attacking.
5:Normaly during own possesion player may play attacking also.

RED ARROWS ARE MOSTLY USED FOR WINGS AND FOR ASSIGNING DEFENDER FOR COUNTER ATTACKS,
BLUE ARROWS ARE MOSTLY USED ON DMC AND SOMETIME DML,DMR IF OPPONENT IS PLAYING WITH MANY WINGS.

Roles according to arrows;
1) RED ARROW
ST-He will only focus on attacking.
AMC-He may play role of striker and take shots.
MC-He may accompany assist and try for some shot.
WINGS(all)-They will like to cross or assist,sometime they may try to go through middle also.
DMC-He will create space by dribbling and passing ball on other half and develop counter attacks.
DC-He will not have much impact but he may like to pass long passes sometimes.

2)BLUE ARROW
ST-Not much impact he will play attacking.
AMC-Not much impact again.
MC-He may try to intercept and tackle.He will focus on stopping opponent passes.
WINGS(all)-Not much great but they may stop any attacking wings in their way.
DMC-They will play their best and they will not allow others to come near your goal.
DC-Not much impact just they will focus more on defense.

I think there should be option of long or small arrow for more perfection.like red big arrow will mean hard Attacking and small red arrow will mean simple Attacking

I 'm doing that. Many times playing defense/counters and have my 2 wingers with red arrows.
The problem is that all those about arrows is theories.
Actually we don't know if and how it's working.

I've used a lot of arrows this season and I have noticed all of my players score goals. A lot of attacking opportunities for the full backs.
